Cancellation Policy

At Hana Hou Fishing Guide Service, we want to ensure you have the best possible experience on the water. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policies below:

Weather/Unsafe Conditions

• If weather conditions are deemed unsafe for fishing (storms, high winds, etc.), we will reschedule or refund your booking in full.

• The captain reserves the right to cancel the trip due to unsafe conditions.

Client Cancellations

• A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit, or the option to reschedule.

• Cancellations made 48–72 hours before the trip will result in loss of the deposit, but we can work with you to reschedule the trip.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the trip will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and the full trip cost may be charged.

No-Show Policy

• If you do not show up for your scheduled trip or do not notify us ahead of time, the full trip cost will be charged.

Group Cancellations

• If you have a group booking and one or more anglers cannot make it, we will do our best to reschedule or offer a partial refund depending on the circumstances.
